Mr. Ehrenburg is a retired Chief of Police from the Washington Township Police Department , Morris County, NJ after serving with the Township for 28 years.
Prior to retirement, he incorporated Blue Shield Consulting as he recognized the need for a professional and experienced shared services provider. As the Director of the West Morris Regional Communication Center for eleven years he oversaw the 911 Dispatch and call taker services to five separate communities.
He currently serves as the Borough Administrator for the Borough of Bloomingdale.

Ms. Mollineaux has fourteen years in municipal finance. Her experience includes extensive municipal and utility budgeting responsibility. At Blue Shield Consulting she is responsible for the financial review of studies.
Ms. Jennifer Briggs, Paralegal
Ms. Briggs has eighteen years of experience with court actions in Superior Court, Municipal Court and Civil Court proceedings. She is responsible for technical support, research and review and final preparation of formal studies.
Mr. Michael P Peoples, Chief of Police (Retired)
Mr. Peoples has twenty-five years of Law Enforcement and is a retired chief of police from the Long Hill Township Department (NJ). He is an expert on Policies and Procedures and Police CALEA Accreditation of Police Departments and has additional experience in county scale Emergency Communications Centers.

Mr. Kelly has twenty six years of law enforcement experience and is a retired Police Lieutenant from the Florham Park Police Department (NJ). He has strong experience in electronic systems and networking, especially as they relate to Records Management Systems and procedures.
